Hi Pierre, I've just been enjoying catching up on missed posts..hope all is well with you. Both times I've been in Paris I've missed this statue, next time for sure :)
I remember seeing this, but not up close. Great shots. I'll bet that most people in the U.S. don't know the statue in NY harbor came from France!
